JR ACADEMY - Tuesdays & Fridays 5:00-6:15pm
Players between the ages of 6-8 are in the "golden age" of development. The appropriate training program can have a tremendous impact on the future success of a player and his/her passion for the game. The early mastery of technical skills is one of the most important elements in the development of youth players. Players learn age appropriate individual skills and teamwork. Our juniors are also encouraged to develop their mental, physical, and social abilities through creative games and other activities.

Academy training will provide challenging technical drills, games, and exercises in order to increase confidence and enhance critical foot skills. Training will also build upon the fundamentals of dribbling, decisions under pressure, and passing in a fast paced format. the program is designed to build the foundation for teaching tactical components that will improve the player's understanding.

The Senior Academy is designed to be a challenging experience leading to a comprehensive understanding of the game. Along with technical skills and tactical awareness, strength, stamina, acceleration and multi-directional quickness are critical to the game. This program provides a high-intensity training atmosphere to challenge the player to succeed at the most competitive level. Players will work on game situation drills and formations while learning defending and attacking secrets of the game. They will be improving foot skills, athletic performance, confidence on the ball and their understanding of the game.
